This is a plan for a Kerala style 4BHK 3000 sq.ft House. It has one bath attached bed room and an office room on the ground floor. Ground floor also has a reception hall, two varandas, Kitchen, Store room, Work area and a bathroom toilet attached to the well. First floor has two sit outs and two bedrooms. The whole house was built for about 20 Lakh rupees.
